Young Nepali might not find socially secured employment options in a period of the highest rates of labor force growth in Asia and Pacific region, with 300,000 young Nepali (15-29 age groups) seeking employment opportunities annually (ILO: 2013). About 380.000 jobs are created annually; however, 450.000-500.000 new jobs are needed to meet the high growth rates of the labor force (UN Nepal: 2013).

Thus, it’s necessary to understand positive relationship between natural resource and financial development. Proper use of natural resources can result to economic prosperity either to individual or country as a whole.

Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) aspires to established ideal institution that will conduct researches on different areas of economic possibilities in Nepal and execute intellectual discourse on it.
