Biodiversity Conservation and Natural Resources Management is the primary thematic area of SDPI - Nepal. The major issues of concerns related to natural resources: deforestation, land/habitat degradation, and loss of biodiversity. To address these concerns, we focus on institutional capacity building of community. The government of Nepal developed and implimenting National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan. We have focused our major activites to support the government action plan.
